When caring for each horse at Angelone Estate, you can be sure your horse will return well rested and looking their best.

We have various paddock sizes set up at Angelone Estate; smaller paddocks for single horses, and larger paddocks for small groups of up to four. Our single horse paddocks are set up in pairs, with a closeable shelter in each, so horses can be 'boxed' at night and out in the pasture during the day. This also means that horses have access to individual feeds, and will have an opportunity to eat their whole feed without being pushed off.

The other advantage of receiving an individualised feed is we can include any additional supplements or feedstuff you’d like them to have while agisting, such as a continuation of hoof hardener, joint supplement, specific medication, etc.

Standard care includes:

Individual feeds, morning and night
Daily rugging, in line with weather conditions
Nightly stabling – Six of our paddocks are set up with stables, so your horse can be locked up at night and out in the paddock during the day
Feet trimmed/reshod before returning to pre-trainers/stables

If you’d prefer your horse to be in a paddock with other horses, we also have larger paddocks to accommodate small groups of 3-4. We will monitor groups to ensure horses are getting along. Daily rugging will still occur in relevant weather, but individual feeds will not be possible.

Optional extras include:

Transport – we can negotiate collecting/dropping off your horse with our 4 horse angle float depending on our availability and travel distance.
Rehabilitation- if your horse is recovering from an injury or has had surgery, we have the facilities to keep them on box rest, then progress to a small yard and finally the paddock while they receive individualised, daily care.
Medication can be administered multiple times per day if required.

Daily agistment fees at Angelone Estate are very competitive. Regardless of whether your horse is in a single paddock or a group, the fee is:

$30 per day including GST.

Any specific feedstuff, supplements, vet needs, farriery and transport will be charged as additional fees.
